Our standard shipping will be via Australia Post for all domestic orders. Our express shipping will be via DHL for domestic orders. All international orders will be shipped via DHL.

We can deliver to PO box or parcel locker addresses for orders with standard shipping. Any express shipping orders will be delivered with DHL and unable to deliver to any PO box, parcel locker or freight forwarding addresses.

You can find our expected delivery times here. All deliveries should be made within 7 business days at most for all shipping options. If your tracking is not moving and need assistance, please reach out to our customer service team via our contact us page.

If there is a failed attempt at delivery and the parcel is on its way to be returned to the sender, we will notify you. However, redelivery fees that may occur for another shipment will not be covered by INDISTINCT. It will be up to the courier company if they will offer redelivery after the initial attempt. If you come across any issues and need our help, please do not hesitate to reach out through our contact us page and our customer service team will assist you.

If your order is dispatched, we will not be able to do any adjustments to your order. Please contact us here if you’d like to adjust your order as soon as possible, and our customer service team will assist you to our best capabilities.

We cannot process any returns outside the 30 day return period. Details of our return policy can be found here.

Your return request will be reviewed and processed within 2 business days of initial submission. Once your return request has been approved, a refund to your original payment method will be processed immediately, and it may take up to 2 business days depending on your bank.

We do not offer any alteration services with INDISTINCT. Any experienced tailor within your local area should be able to assist with any length alterations. Alternatively, if you have any feedback for fits of any of our items, please let us know through our feedback form here.
