Return Policy

All items purchased via the INDISTINCT online boutique can be returned by submitting an online return form. All online orders placed through our website will offer free returns subject to the below terms.

All orders can be returned for following the terms below:

• A full refund is granted to the original payment method when the return date is within 15 days of the final date of delivery. We cannot grant you a full refund once it is over the 15 day refund period. 

• Exchanges for any reason (size or change of mind) can be made within 30 days of your order purchase date.  

• The item is in original condition, and all tags and packaging are still intact. If you have received a faulty garment, please let us know through our contact us tab. Our customer service team will assist at our soonest possibility.

• All returned items will be inspected prior to processing a refund, please allow 1-2 business days for this process after we receive your returned package.

• If the tag that reads “garment cannot be returned once this tag is removed” is not attached upon the return, a full refund cannot be warranted. 

• Although return postage fees are covered by INDISTINCT; any postage fees, taxes and duties paid on your order will not be refunded as part of your order. If you have any taxes and duties paid for your international order, please contact your local taxes and duties agency for a tax refund after you receive your INDISTINCT order refund. 

The only exemption for our return policy above is if your return is required by law. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us via our contact us page for any inquiries with our policy.
